This Company is *****ing people's money, as a simpe debi check needed to be done with communication and confirmation from the consultant that it would be a once off fee, just for them to collect another month's debit order, upon phoning them, they told me I have agreed to use their services, in which I never did, only the debit order. Some one need to sort out people/ companies like this as we have minimal money, trying to service and then they feed lies and take your money!

Disappointed in the services received from Maintenance Me.
As a former client, I am very disappointed and unhappy in the services I have received from Maintenance Me, Multiple times I have requested proof of progress multiple times not once have Maintenance Me provided them, empty promises - "Portal will be created" - no Portal was ever created, "will check what is the progress on your file and will get back to you" - never got back to me regards to the progress, " Letter of Demand will be sent to you today along with the invoice" no invoice nor updated letter of demand have been sent to me. " Your call have been scheduled for tomorrow at 16:00" no one phoned or sent a message." 33 days have passed after the 28 days, and no proof of progress have been sent through to me that action was taken to my arrears maintenance. I have a feeling that no attention was given to my case, no proof of progress was sent nor promises kept ... Good luck to all new clients. hope they assist better then they did

Amanda, GREAT JOB! YOU ARE A STAR!
Amanda, thank you so much for all the trouble you going through on behalf of me and for my son, this means the world to me, to know that there is some one out there that cares more then enough about my case, not just my case, but cares enough to know if my son is okay and that he is sorted. Amanda thank you so much for your services and your reassurance when I get stressed out. I know my case is a really difficult case, but you have never backed down from it. thank you!

Amanda, I would just like to say thank you for all the struggles you are going through on behalf of me, dealing with my maintenance case is not an easy task handed over to you and dealing with the frustration of lawyers involved, is really a gate way for frustration, thank you for the reassurance you gave to me and the hard work you have done till now, just for you to know I really do appreciate it, and till now you have done more for my son then any other legal individual I have worked with I would surely recommend Maintenance Me to anyone, and advise anyone to trust and be patient while Maintenance Me is on the case THANK YOU!

Believe in Maintenence Me, but no Feedback
I really do believe in maintenence me and I do understand that you have a lot of work but concerns from my side struggle to get feedback, my messages gets ignored ( doesnt get read) when I phone bo matter how many times now one picks up
