Very unprofessional exchange with the manager of Maizeys plastics today. I’ve been doing architecture for almost a decade and know when a product fails. If a product fails and a salesperson acknowledges it and THEN the store manager refuses to refund you (and a very small sale by the way) rather take your business elsewhere.

I am highly dissapointed with the service at maizeys plastics in vereeniging. I went there to purchase a plastic sheet. I went and measured the size i need told the guy at the counter that i want the plastic sheet to be cut. 1 meter 20 centimeters by 50 centimeters. He dod the invoice and i paid. I went to the side where they cut it and left to go do buainesa by another place. On myreturn i saw thatthe zplastic sheetwas to amaal andwas measured as 1020 by 500. Went inside to the sameguy who assisted me he told my pay extra for a bigger sheet as i told him from the strt and i have no problem to pay the extra. But then he said he will speak to his manager to find out if he can do a refund on the old plstic sheet. And the manager said they must charge me a handling fee for something that was not my fault. I was highly disgusted when asked to pay a handlng fee for something that was not my fault. This shop does not have any decensy towarss their customers and blame their mistakes on the customer juat to make money. Highly offended in this shop

Yesterday I bought printable heat transfer vinyl for inkjet printer from the Roodepoort branch. I explain to the 'sales lady' what I want to use it for and even show her a image I want to print. I bought a 10meter roll. After I get back home and try to print tie ink wiped off. I phone the branch and they told me that it is the wrong vinyl. The vinyl given to me was for eco solvent printers. The sales lady told me that I told her that I can print on it and make out as a liar. My wife was with me when I bought the vinyl and take it back and also heard that I ask for printable inkjet vinyl. I try to print on a half meter. They gave me half meter back and said they will refund the 9 meter today. This morning I send a email to the 'sales lady' to ask when they will refund. She replied back that she told me that is take 3 to 4 days. Make me out as a liar again. Why do I have to wait for 3 to 4 days for my money to be paid back and just for 9 meter after the sales lady was at fault.
