Maison Carbon Logistics made my move really easy. From the start everything was well organized and communication was clear. The team worked quickly but still took good care of my furniture, which I really appreciated. Moving is usually stressful, but they made the whole process smooth.

I used Maison Carbon Logistics for a household move from Pretoria to George under Invoice 720. The delivery was supposed to take place on 27–28 February 2024, but the load only arrived three days late on 2 March 2024. When my goods were finally delivered, several items were badly damaged. I reported the damages immediately during the unloading process and followed up with a formal written claim on 8 March 2024, supported by photographs and an itemised list of damages totaling approximately R60,500. Since then, I have repeatedly tried to resolve the matter. I have called, sent WhatsApp messages and multiple emails asking for feedback and requesting that they lodge a claim with their goods-in-transit insurer. Despite initially indicating that the matter would be looked into, they have simply stopped responding. My emails requesting updates have gone unanswered for months and years. It is extremely frustrating to be ignored after paying for a service that resulted in significant damage to my belongings. I am still waiting for Maison Carbon Logistics to honour the claim and deal with this matter properly.

I hadn’t heard of Maison Carbon Logistics before, and since their quote was the cheapest, I was a bit sceptical at first. However, they moved me from Cape Town to Shelly Beach and I ended up being really impressed with the service. The team was friendly, efficient, and communicated well throughout the move. Most importantly, all my furniture arrived safely with no damage, and the whole process was quick and stress-free. I would definitely recommend them and would use their services again in the future. The service was excellent overall, but I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 simply because there were a few small delays with timing during the move. Other than that, the team did a great job and handled everything professionally.

The move went well without a hitch. 1.Really amazing moving staff, they work very well as a team, are careful with property (as can be expected), and very hard working. 2. Treat them well - they are a great bunch and not just a company, by a great bunch of people too.

Very professional and reliable moving company. The team was well prepared, making the move quick and stress free. Highly recommended. Another move already booked from Cape Town to Rustenburg

Baie goeie diens van Maison Carbon Logistics. Goodness en Mike was vriendelik en doeltreffend met die kwotasie, en die pakspanne in Johannesburg en St Francis was uitsonderlik.

I am posting this review to warn others about our extremely distressing experience with Maison Carbon Logistics. Maison Carbon Logistics collected furniture from us for a move to Lamberts Bay, Western Cape. The move was meant to be completed within a few days. This relocation was for my elderly mother, who was moving into an old-age home. Although it was a relatively small move, it contained all her personal belongings, including clothing and highly sentimental items. This made the reliability of the service absolutely critical. Once the items were collected, everything went wrong. From the expected delivery date onward, we were met with continuous delays and conflicting excuses, including: • Delays blamed on other clients • Repeated claims of truck breakdowns • Reports of breakdowns in multiple locations • Claims that parts could not be sourced We were repeatedly assured that delivery would happen “in the next day or two.” This continued for several weeks, despite the original commitment being a matter of days. At one stage, we became so concerned that we involved the police, who contacted the owner. He assured them that the company was legitimate and continued to reassure us that delivery was imminent. We were also sent photos of a truck on the roadside and photos of items in storage. Eventually, one of the company’s own employees confirmed that: • The items had never left Johannesburg • They had been sitting in the company’s warehouse the entire time • Because this was a shared load, they were waiting to collect enough goods before proceeding This directly contradicted what we had been told for weeks. Once this became clear, we insisted on collecting the items ourselves and arranged alternative transport at our own cost. We consider the conduct of Maison Carbon Logistics to be misleading, dishonest, and *********. An elderly person was left without her belongings for an extended period due to repeated false assurances. We have requested a full refund, but given our experience, we have little confidence this will be resolved without further escalation. I strongly advise anyone considering this company to exercise extreme caution, especially if your move involves time-sensitive or emotionally important items.
