I used Maison Carbon Logistics for a household move from Pretoria to George under Invoice 720. The delivery was supposed to take place on 27–28 February 2024, but the load only arrived three days late on 2 March 2024. When my goods were finally delivered, several items were badly damaged. I reported the damages immediately during the unloading process and followed up with a formal written claim on 8 March 2024, supported by photographs and an itemised list of damages totaling approximately R60,500. Since then, I have repeatedly tried to resolve the matter. I have called, sent WhatsApp messages and multiple emails asking for feedback and requesting that they lodge a claim with their goods-in-transit insurer. Despite initially indicating that the matter would be looked into, they have simply stopped responding. My emails requesting updates have gone unanswered for months and years. It is extremely frustrating to be ignored after paying for a service that resulted in significant damage to my belongings. I am still waiting for Maison Carbon Logistics to honour the claim and deal with this matter properly.
I had wan extremely bad experience with this moving company. They arrived 3 days late and many of my items were severely damaged. They refused to take accountability.
Be careful!! If you book through this website once they will automatically sign you up for a subscription and charge you monthly.

I recently claimed under my pet insurance policy with Outsurance. The service was fast, friendly and uncomplicated. I am very pleased and would recommend Outsurance to anyone.
I verily believe this might be a ****. I have repeatedly requested PayCity to delete my details from their system, seeing as I have no idea how they got my details in the first place. I did not sign up. The only lady told me that I must phone the Traffic Department (I did and they confirmed that they don’t work with PayCity) and the other lady was surprised to hear that I did not register and asked for more of my Personal Information so that she could “escalate”, which I was not comfortable to do. There is something fishy with PayCity. They refuse to comply with a simple Data Subject request, thereby breaching my rights under Popia. They don’t sign from the same hymn sheet and the Traffic Department does not seem to know about them. Be careful!
Uber East has spoiled many evenings for me. The latest is a driver that doesn't read delivery instructions - goes to the wrong place, makes no effort to communicate, doesn't answer calls, and then simply says your order was delivered. I requested a refund, but ironically there isn't option for me to request a refund of the tip I add to the order upfront. Terrible terrible terrible deliveries and no shows!!
Really poor service. Takes ages to get back to you and requires you to follow up with them of you want feedback. Quality of legal advice and drafting is very poor - what I received was something that a 1st year law student could probably do better.
PUDO parcel was not delivered into a locker as instructed, with the result being that the parcel was given to someone as part of another shipment and consequently lost. PUDO/Courier Guy customer service has a very uncaring attitude and simply shrugs their shoulders. I do not recommend sending anything via PUDO that you do not mind being lost. Complete negligence in my view and there is no repercussions for them as they exclude liability.
I repeatedly asked Outsurance to update my profile to remove my x-husband. When I moved and updated my address with them, they sent my new information to my x-husband. I’ve repeatedly asked after that for them to remove all his details, but somehow they keep sending him my information, despite making it clear that it is a risk to my safety! Outsurance has been reckless with my information.
