Bad management

<p>Most horrible moving experience ever, excluding the moving team who were great and extremely helpful, our biggest issue was with the man who booked our move John, he booked our moving date on the wrong date, which led to the moving truck to be 4 hours late., John then supplied the movers with the delivery address instead of the pick up address which re****ed in the move to be even later than expected.  When trying to speak to John he would be rude and completely  unhelpful and hangs up the phone in your ear. I will NOT recommended this moving company for anyone!!!!!!! </p>
