Bad experience

disappointed with both the product I recently received and the service provided at Maizey Plastic, Paarden Eiland branch. Unfortunately, the experience has fallen far short of my expectations.

To begin with, the product I received does not match the specifications of my order. This discrepancy is unacceptable, and it appears there was a significant error in processing my order.

Moreover, the level of service from David I have encountered in attempting to resolve this issue has been frustrating. Despite providing clear documentation and screenshots to support my claim, there seems to be a reluctance to take ownership of the mistake. I have had to follow up multiple times without receiving a satisfactory resolution, which only adds to my dissatisfaction.

I believe it is reasonable to expect that what was ordered should be what is delivered, and that any issues should be promptly addressed with professionalism and care. Unfortunately, this has not been my experience.
