This is by far the best insurance I’ve ever been with for the past 5 years, no issue with them so far. Their claiming process is smooth simple and quick, highly recommend.
I submitted my claim on the 3rd of September, and I received an sms on the 9th of September that funds have been paid to my account, but still today there haven't been any funds to my account, and there is no communication, and I can't reach Momentum anywhere; emails, calls, & WhatsApp. This is rather frustrating, My colleague and I did it the same day, and they received their funds within 3 days.
disappointed with both the product I recently received and the service provided at Maizey Plastic, Paarden Eiland branch. Unfortunately, the experience has fallen far short of my expectations. To begin with, the product I received does not match the specifications of my order. This discrepancy is unacceptable, and it appears there was a significant error in processing my order. Moreover, the level of service from David I have encountered in attempting to resolve this issue has been frustrating. Despite providing clear documentation and screenshots to support my claim, there seems to be a reluctance to take ownership of the mistake. I have had to follow up multiple times without receiving a satisfactory resolution, which only adds to my dissatisfaction. I believe it is reasonable to expect that what was ordered should be what is delivered, and that any issues should be promptly addressed with professionalism and care. Unfortunately, this has not been my experience.
I am highly disappointed at Bosch Kohler Motors Parklands with their inadequate and unsatisfactory service to repair my car. On the 14th July 2021, I dropped my car at the service workshop for repairs. The workshop is taking far too long to repair my car (rebuilding the engine because of the engine light that was on) It’s been six months now and I don’t understand why it is taking this long, I was told that the work would take up to 3 weeks initially and the parts were in order 3 months after dropping the car. Then there were engineers involved that the workshop sourced and they didn’t do a great job, but I am affected by this. I find what is happening to be unacceptable at all scales.
