Mistreated

Yesterday i placed ordered with Chantel Lubbe for PLEXI SHEET 3mm OPAL and my actual sizes that i was looking for was 2300x1100 #SO05000257-1 at 12h09 and my driver made a payment at 12h40. And i called Chantel at 12h46 telling her not to start cutting the sheet as i wasn't sure that i'll be able to win and she agreed.

And this morning around 9h27 im astonished when i called her to cancel my order as i managed to win yesterday, she tells me that the sheet has been cutted already i asked why because i told her not to start cutting the sheet. She says my driver said they can proceed.

Im not happy i just want to want to be refunded or credited. As i feel like CPA has not been app****.
