Since yesterday I've been getting empty promises stating that my parcel is out for delivery and in the evening I then receive message that they failed to deliver. But anyway after reading the reviews I can see that im not the only one. This is **** company.
I withdraw R401 on Wednesday into my bank account and someone cancelled it and did eWallet and withdraw it. And after many calls that i did there respond i got is that they can't help me because the the money paid already to the cellphone number. I then requested for the cellphone number that received the money they still refused. I bet it's someone from Supabet who did this transection, i mean how can somene can changed my cellphone number and do the eWallet and change it back to my cellphone number without OTP's??? I cant afford to forfeit that money, i know R401 is a lil money but no just like that.
Yesterday i placed ordered with Chantel Lubbe for PLEXI SHEET 3mm OPAL and my actual sizes that i was looking for was 2300x1100 #SO05000257-1 at 12h09 and my driver made a payment at 12h40. And i called Chantel at 12h46 telling her not to start cutting the sheet as i wasn't sure that i'll be able to win and she agreed. And this morning around 9h27 im astonished when i called her to cancel my order as i managed to win yesterday, she tells me that the sheet has been cutted already i asked why because i told her not to start cutting the sheet. She says my driver said they can proceed. Im not happy i just want to want to be refunded or credited. As i feel like CPA has not been app****.
This is my 2nd complain as Makro doesn't take me serious. I've ordered 1. HappyDeals 3 kg Portable Fitness Equipment Set Home Gym Combo 2. TROJAN 3MM PVC YOGA MAT PLUM But only the combo came smooth and the Trojan Mat went to the wrong address 3 times. Instead of Hammanskraal it kept on going to Soweto. Please MAKRO i just logged a return for the combo as i wanted to use it with the MAT. I lost interest and im very ****ed off...
I am so ****ed off, because I turned into a stupid. Since on the 12th I've been expecting for my orders to be delivered. They keep on sending it to the wrong addess. 😡🤬
I am not happy with the delivery crew, they to deliver at my house and they found my son. Instead of alerting me that he cant use the gate as the truck is big they decided to bent my pole and remove my fence. Worse part of it, the also left 2 torn cement. I called the store and they promised to come replace them and they never did until i call them today.
I've just bought at Shoprite Jubilee Crossing in Hammanksraal, the cashier was so rude at us ahe even tossed my change. Please the camera to support my statement. Worse part of it she was very slow if you can check the cctv you will understand my frustration. Im not this kinda person but i hate the fact that ahe that in front of my son. I was expecting delivery on Friday as per tracking information. I also called in the morning they said it's loaded in the car with no luck driver didn't pitch. And today i called to do follow up in the morning, they said the driver is coming between 3h00-17h00. I called at 16h50 they said they are unable to get hold of the driver. So im asking myself if Skynet is fooling me or what🤔
I bought Transmission Oil 1 hour ago and when i get to the workshop i found out that it was not not the gearbox it was Engen Mountain Bolt. So when i returned it they say they can't change it for me. But on the invoice its not showing that they don't refund oils it only says they don't exchange/refund electronic parts. I feel it is not fair at all.
