Took close to 3 weeks JUST to do an assessment on my car and determine what the problem was. I am now in the 4th week and I still do not have my car. Throughout this time I have not been mobile and have been using e-hailing services just to commute which has turned out to be a nightmare. When I decided to bypass the insurer and call the panelbeaters directly, I was met with a stinking attitude from a man whom I assume is the workshop manager. If you want to get pathetic service, you will take your vehicle to this panelbeater.
