First I spoke to Craig who said within 7 days if it's faulty he'll exchange the injectors if the ones I purchased were faulty, the story was oh he doesn't have any (after informing him within 5 days of purchasing the spares), so I asked if he could exchange it for other parts and he agreed and then proceeded giving me an insane price on a part more than the dealer wanted so I asked for a refund, then he put me through to an arrogant idiot monique who knows absolutely nothing about parts and ethical business conduct . The owner was no help either . Very ********* business practice. Won't ever go there or recommend anyone to do business with them. I will be reporting this **** of a business .
