Terrible experience. Makayi Auto group is a *****ulent company swindling innocent customers of their money. PLEASE BEAWARE DONT TAKE THAT RISK. They decieve you into making payments before concluding. They loe that they have spares jist so that you make a payment . Once you process payment they will then tell you they have no stock , and REFUSE to refund..Many complaints about them.. everyweek there's police at their premises dealing with their *****ulent activities. BE VERY CAREFUL. That business is on the brink of closure

Bad business practice.
I have a bad experience with this shop refusing to refund and having supp**** me with a fan that does not work. Very unprofessional and very evasive business model by owner who seems to think that you can process money that you have not earned . Business practice of this institution is very ********* I wish I could do more than jus complain but it's not worth it...ships like this one sink on their own.

Bad business practice.
I have a bad experience with this shop refusing to refund and having supp**** me with a fan that does not work. Very unprofessional and very evasive business model by owner who seems to think that you can process money that you have not earned . Business practice of this institution is very ********* I wish I could do more than jus complain but it's not worth it...ships like this one sink on their own.

First I spoke to Craig who said within 7 days if it's faulty he'll exchange the injectors if the ones I purchased were faulty, the story was oh he doesn't have any (after informing him within 5 days of purchasing the spares), so I asked if he could exchange it for other parts and he agreed and then proceeded giving me an insane price on a part more than the dealer wanted so I asked for a refund, then he put me through to an arrogant idiot monique who knows absolutely nothing about parts and ethical business conduct . The owner was no help either . Very ********* business practice. Won't ever go there or recommend anyone to do business with them. I will be reporting this **** of a business .

Unprofessional and refuse refund on wrongly supp**** parts
Very unprofessional. They supp**** me wit a wrong part and refuse to provide a refund. There are many people complaining of this. I told them I needed a front grill for a 2008 Mercedes A180 diesel with Vin: W169DD.... the grill does not fit and is actually for an A190 petrol with VIN: W16900.... Sales person is Moniqye.

Unethical and conning business owner Refusing to refund after buying a broken gearbox ,they even took the gearbox and refused to refund
Sold me a broken gearbox and they refused to refund after they have taken their gearbox back. Very unethical business practice. Won't ever go there or recommend anyone to do business with them
