Bad business practice.
I have a bad experience with this shop refusing to refund and having supp**** me with a fan that does not work. Very unprofessional and very evasive business model by owner who seems to think that you can process money that you have not earned . Business practice of this institution is very ********* I wish I could do more than jus complain but it's not worth it...ships like this one sink on their own.

I had a parcel stopped from China due to some misinformation and was held by customs. It was the first time I had a parcel stopped and customs can be a headache but I was helped by a very kind and informed lady by the name of Mokgadi she made the process easy for me to understand and our turnaround was a week although there were penalties I am better informed and have experience. Thank you fedex and thank you ous Mokgadi keep the spirit.
