Unprofessional skelms

This doctor does not want to bring back my money, I went to their offices on the 12 August because I needed dentures, it is now the 22 September and I still don't have my dentures, instead they are unproffesional and each time I ask what is happening they tell me i need to come in for new measurements, I am now tired of this and all I want is my money back. I was meant to get these dentures a week after the 12 August.
