just want to say thank you for good service delivered. I wish i still had the job card number but after a good house cleaning session I misplaced it. to start I have booked my Makita battery power blower in at Chamberlains for repairs my blower was about 3 to 4 years old and the trigger switch was faulty so on my way to Chamberlains I was making sums of how much it will cost me and will it be worthwhile to repair it, it was just over R1000-00 when I bought it so I was willing to spend about R400-00 to repair it so I asked the guy how long will it take for the repair, he said about 3 weeks. After about 4 weeks I phoned Chamberlains to hear if my repair was ready He said to me yes and I can come and collect so I asked him how much was the repair cost so He said to me there was no repair cost I can just collect it. I was so overwhelmed about the service I can still not keep quiet about it. more and more people will eventually hear about this great service Makita delivered. I always say Great after sales service can create customer loyalty and lead to more customers. I just want to say thank you Makita I really appreciate what you did for me and I hope other will also see this so that they can make the right choice when buying power tools.
