I purchased a laptop online on 2/3/25,was delivered on the 6/02/2025. I logged a call to return on the 08/02/2025 to return the laptop. I have spoken to 5 i different agents from the online call centre. No one has called to make arrangemts to collect the laptop almost a month later. I went to Makro store and they said they cannot assist even though the laptop is a store item. This is reel **** service from Makro and its staff who are not willing to assist.
