Address and viewing of property

I have send them an email to go and view a property and asked for the address to see if it is a save area, it has been 5 days and no responds from them. I tried to call the 2 agents but the phone goes to voicemail, I even send both of whem a whatsapp but they dont even bother to open it, it's like they dont want to do there job
