I ordered a dozen FRESH RED ROSES in Luxurious packaging for valentines, day delivered to day as per this link https://www.teleflorist.co.za/flowers/info_AQP0944.php The flowers arrived and there 10 mixed red and white roses, which are completely open and will last probably a day. I spoke to the lady and her attitude was disgusting saying that it DOES NOT say a dozen red roses, as teleflorist only instructs them to deliver flowers to the value a person pays. I think this is atrocious service, I will never again use this florist and work for a bank will be letting the whole of head office not to use this florist or teleflorist.

I got chased out like a dog from a florist yesterday for dripping water on flowers! Flowers are on display in buckets of water... I picked a bunch up to purchase and water ran down the stems and dripped onto flowers. I thought myself considerate to rather aim the drip over the buckets instead of the floor where someone can slip and fall. Being the first time I visited this shop I wasn't accustomed to the shops rules... so at that moment the owner said annoyed: \Don't do that!". I was a bit confused as to what I wasn't supposed to do"

I spent over R1000 on a moderate bunch of flowers for my wife and something small for my 2 daughters for Valentines day. I pIcked it up on 13 February at 17:45. Not even 24 hours later most of the flowers wilted notwithstanding the good care we have given them. Shame on you. The flowers did not even last until the end of Valentines day causing me enormous embarresment. I am sure evrybody understands my wife and daughters' disappointmnet.<br> You should know better!!!. <br> Pieter Havenga
