Marcus at Absa Mall of Tembisa blocked my account even the manger was clueless and couldn't come with a solution me to get the money they just wasted my time to give me numbers to call but as a bank they failed to give me my money. I have money in my account but can't use it I think Capitec and Tymebank are the best not these big banks because they blocked my account now can not help me. They say the agent closed my account and didn't to combi transfer and now I have to do up and downs for the money I worked hard for it's not like I want a loan from them I want to use my money in the card

I waited for more than 30 min and when my order finally ready the lady issuing order busy jumping fro The quew n taking people behind me n when I complain asking y she is doing that she took my pizza and throw it from a distance 😭 what a bad experience I even asked y is she throwing food as if I am a dog I don’t think I wl ever set my foot after what they did to me

Mall of Tembisa is no longer safe because of the guys that sit by KFC, and by the mall entrance, they are harassing people coming to the mall, where are the securities to make sure ppl are safe n Uber drivers car keys are not ******, when is management going to address this issue of ppl getting harassed n cars being searched without the owner concerns, this is harassment. Please get security at entries to ensure the safety of ppl and Uber drivers as well, like some of us come far n we want to explore mall of tembisa we travel using ubers but we can't even go to malls becoz safety is compromised.

i just bought fresh milk mind you im heavenly pregnant and i found it expired when I went to complain the only thing I got was the Supervisor calling a merchandizer to apologize and she said nothing after that i was so disappointed and feeling disrespected so i want the matter to be escalated because im not well at as speak i have a very bad running stomach and nauseous now

Good day, I’m making a review on Cash Crusaders (Mall of Tembisa). I made a loan on an item (Fridge) and I have been extending my loan term on the agreed interest Amount. The extension happens upon the reminder I receive from them, be it via Ozow payment Link or an sms reminder but to my suprise no communication was sent to me and my item has already been priced and displayed on the floor. When I asked the lady who represented herself as the store manager (Lindi) claims it’s not their duty to remind customers and she’s not even aware how the above reminders are generated. I’m really not happy with this response and would like to get my item back. The Headoffice number she provided doesn’t exist

I bought microwave last year may from Beares Mall Of tembisa, this year march the microwave started to overheat then stopped working completely. I called them to inform them about the microwave they said I must bring it to the store I told them I can't carry 60litre microwave plus m paying for insurance which also includes transportation they didn't come my husband took it to the store after a month I called to ask for feedback they said the microwave is still in store they do to have a car to take it to the technician, I had to call head office they brought my microwave after a week so now the microwave started again same thing happened I had to take it to store myself. I went to the store after a week to check they said the microwave is still in store and the manager Thabo said he wasn't aware of my complain I then explained to him the problem of the microwave he said the microwave is dangerous to my family it could burn the house and I have insurance that covers for me to get a new microwave. he is going to give me the new microwave on Monday then on Wednesday I called he said they are coming late. After a week I called again he said they fixed the microwave I told him I want a new microwave not the old as he promised is been 3 weeks and I haven't heard a thing from them.
