I went to buy then I sat down waited for my order, when my order was ready I went to the counter then I tried giving my ticket to the lady who was issuing orders she then ignored me instead took ticket to people behind me I den become angry and asked why is she doing that she then went to take the pizza den threw at me infront of the staff and the customer other customers were also asking y is she throwing pizza as if I am a dog, am so disappointed and I will never set my foot at debonair
I waited for more than 30 min and when my order finally ready the lady issuing order busy jumping fro The quew n taking people behind me n when I complain asking y she is doing that she took my pizza and throw it from a distance 😭 what a bad experience I even asked y is she throwing food as if I am a dog I don’t think I wl ever set my foot after what they did to me
I joined the gym in march at boulders branch and I was told they have 3 month special , then I was told I will pay R200 for march, R266 for April and hundreds n something for May I forgot the exact figure. I then paid the first R200 then one month down the line I received the sms saying the branch is closing and members will be moved to another branch of which was far for me, I then received the call from Cape Town branch and I told them I am cancelling my membership because they are closing the branch and I can’t afford to go to the branch they are suggesting since it was far for me, I am now supposed that am receiving calls from lawyers about my account being handed over and apparently they claim that I owe them 4k something, why course I cancelled my membership for the reason that they are closing the branch
There is 3 Uber eats transactions that I don’t know and how it happened I mean I have a card wth me bt I don’t know how this happened I use to hear people complaining about Uber eats transactions bt now it’s happening to me
They ****med me my R3000 claiming they sell layers after you make payment they wl tell you to pay insurance and they never deliver when u call they tell you straight that they come to South Africa to **** people, stay away guys
The service for Vodacom is so dissapointing this days. It is no longer the Vodacom we know. Even today they haven’t activate my WiFi. It’s going for a month now. All I need is for them to come and take their router because it’s only decorating my house. I spoke to several consultants who promised activation but till today. On the 9 February they told me they are sorry and they will activate and it wl take 24 hours. It’s now 10 days no activation. All I need now is for them to come take their router I wl then ask other service providers to do what Vodacom failed
Am very dissapointed , I joined Tshipi Noto in June 2023 and I was on 6 months waiting period from June till December when I join I was given reference number to use when I make my monthly payments. I paid my premium every consecutive months but to my surprise I received message said my policy lapse because I didn’t make payments and that I should call to make arrangements I immediately called and I spoke to the lady called Dimpho who asked me to email all the proof of payments so that she can sort it out. I then emailed all the receipts to her and she didn't even respond to acknowledge receipt, as usual I made payments for February and sent the proof of payment to Dimpho then boom Dimpho decided to tell me via email that I made payments to the policy that lapse and that I should re Joice and be o waiting period again. So I responded to the email that I am not going to rejoin if am going to start waiting period from the beginning because I never missed any payments, I even provided all the proof. So now if all I need if my refund for all the 8 months that I have paid . I am really dissatisfied how they treat their customers. I am willing to take the matter legally if they not going to refund me or fix my policy. So disappointed
Tjooooooo what a bad experience, since they installed the internet bt till today there is no activation I have been calling and everyone who picks the phone lies to me with empty promise. I want them to come collect their router because it serve no purpose in my house. Am now deciding to look for other network provider
The service at fourways crossing is very bad. Only 2 consultants working the rest of the staff doing up and down. Am so disappointed. Been sitting here for some time now 😭😭😭
Terrible service ever. I paid up my bond in June 2023 and in July the stop order went through. I contacted Nedbank for my refund and i was told to visit the branch. I then visited the Carlton center branch were i handed all necessary documents which were emailed for processing and I was told that the matter would be resolved in 3 days. After 3 days i made a follow up through Siya and He told me that the process was finalized on the Friday the 21st of July and should expect payment to my account by the 26th of July 2023. I have received no payment or correspondence from the bank and when I follow up I am told i have to re-submit the process. I am taken from pillar to post for my own money and it is like the consultants don't know internal processes of the bank.
