Can my service suite shut down for good . People there don’t want to work . They don’t read they in a hurry to transfer u to a different help desk. Since this morning I am trying to get a response from loans division instead I am transferred to debt review. Who ever is a team leader to Jennifer, Mikayla & sisanda. Coach this lazy bones to read & understand & give customers proper customer service & stop passing the buck

I am now for the last 2 weeks trying to change banking details for my funeral policy and my retirement policy from fnb to capitec. I went on secure chat and had to repeat my request over and over whilst the history told them what i needed to be done. What they told me to do did not work, that was only for the debit order date. I eventually got the funeral policy changed but now I am hitting walls to do the retirement policy. Just been on the phone with the people on the toll free number and I was told that I will be put through to the correct department. The call was simply ended. I also had to punch in my id number and twice the system did not except this. I am 20 years with FNB and I am super frustrated. I am on the road the whole day long and simply do not have time to go into a branch or to be on the phone

I recently attended an event managed by Stadium Management South Africa, However, there were a few issues with the event’s organization. There were some delays in the start time, and communication around the schedule could have been clearer. Additionally, the food and beverage options were limited and quite pricey.

Transactions by "Mac and Things" & RMB/FNB’s System Failure I am absolutely devastated by the deductions from my bank account by a company called Mac and Things. I have never authorized any payments to them, yet they have managed to withdraw money from my account without my consent. The most frustrating part is that RMB/FNB's system allows this to happen! A secure banking system should not permit unauthorized transactions. It is unacceptable that ****mers can simply deduct money without explicit approval from the account holder. This is a clear failure on FNB's part, and they need to take responsibility. I demand a full refund for the ****** amount and immediate action to prevent this from happening to anyone else. RMB/FNB needs to overhaul their security measures to ensure that unauthorised deductions are blocked before they happen. A bank should protect its customers. If you bank with FNB, I urge you to check your statements regularly and report any suspicious deductions. This kind of negligence cannot continue!

Worse banking experience of my life I was upgraded to a fusion account limit never loaded request 100 times for the account to be downgrade back to apire never happened sent multiple chats on private banking no help rude consulted no response rude dismissed I need my account sorted all those fees reversed

At the Soccer City on 28/09/2024, the soccer match between Kaizer Chiefs versus Mamelodi Sundowns. The security personnel allowed the people to enter the stadium without their tickets. They also allowed people to enter with bottles, allowing the fans to throw bottles to the match officials when the decisions were unfavourable. These bottles were also dangerous to other fans as they were thrown into the field from the high stands. Such management led to the Ellis Park disaster where 43 people perished
