I went to the bank on Friday .no let's start there is one lady at the front one that work around and 2 counters to assist you. They did something on my cell told me to wait 72 hours. On Tuesday I open my bank app and nothing did work I couldn't send money or use my cards.
Today I came back to the bank and I was told to wait again only 3 people to assist you.
Now I was told by Gomotsang that my account was blocked due to fica I never received a email or call or anything from Standard bank. Better I close my account and only use Absa bsnk
