If employees do not comply with his demands for money, he retaliates by issuing warnings. This behavior is highly unprofessional, and I am uncertain whether the company’s owners are aware of the ******ion occurring within their organization. It is truly disheartening. During my tenure at the company, I refused to comply with his monetary demands, which subsequently led to the non-renewal of my contract.
