Unauthorised credit bureau enquiry

Mamela Consulting who is a debt review company, and made an enquiry which is reflecting on my credit profile. I have never heard of them and hence never granted permission for such from them. What should I do to prevent this from happening because it's clearly against the POPI Act. I wish I can get a good attorney to take them on.
