Frustrated Potential Customer
I was excited to open an account because of the positive reviews and benefits. However, I tried loading my bank details multiple times by following all the instructions, but to no avail. I tried atleast an hour but nothing was loaded. I instead loaded my card and was charged R5.00.

Unauthorised credit bureau enquiry
Mamela Consulting who is a debt review company, and made an enquiry which is reflecting on my credit profile. I have never heard of them and hence never granted permission for such from them. What should I do to prevent this from happening because it's clearly against the POPI Act. I wish I can get a good attorney to take them on.
