It's important to clarify that while managing agents play a pivotal role, ultimate decision-making authority rests with the appointed board of trustees of the scheme. While we offer guidance and support, significant projects and documentation, including those you mentioned, may encounter delays pending board resolutions and/or approval.
Regarding the replacement (or rather upgrading) of the boundary wall and the security kiosk, we assure you that we stand ready to act upon receiving the necessary resolutions and instructions from the board. Additionally, while the AGM minutes were drafted months ago, their final approval by the Board of Trustees is still pending.
Considering these complexities, we believe your review may inadvertently misrepresent the situation to other scheme owners. Therefore, we kindly request that you reconsider or amend your review.
