They won't fix my tax form; as requested by SARS!!!!

What do I need to do to have my IRP5 corrected and resubmitted to SARS by MAN?? I'm a former employee of MAN who is desperately struggling with your company SINCE FEBRUARY this year to have a code error on my IRP5 sorted out, but nothing gets done about it!! I'm a small business owner who is trying to finalise my tax return, and this single issue is holding me up and preventing me from doing business! I CANNOT FINALISE MY TAX RETURN UNTIL MAN FIXES MY IRP5 AND RESUBMITS IT TO SARS!!! IT IS AFFECTING MY BUSINESS AND THUS MY INCOME, YET IT IS THEIR MISTAKE THAT NEEDS TO BE FIXED!! PLEASE EXPLAIN/ADVISE ME WHAT TO DO NEXT?!

Apparently, the Shared services team are looking into this issue & I've been in contact with 2 of your staff members, but NOTHING GETS DONE ABOUT IT!!
