I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from MIE. Despite multiple emails and follow-ups regarding a refund I am owed, I have been completely ignored. Not a single acknowledgment, no update, no resolution—just silence.
This kind of treatment is absolutely unacceptable. I trusted MIE to handle my transaction professionally, but instead, I’ve been left chasing money that is rightfully mine.
Do I really have to beg for my own refund? The complete lack of communication and accountability from MIE is shocking and shows total disregard for their customers.
I strongly caution others to think twice before using MIE. I will continue to escalate this issue until it is resolved.
