Good day My name is Jessy. I would to pass my gratitude to one of the friendly lady that assisted me at today at MIE. I called the call center today, even though it took so time for the call center to answer.My call was answered by one lady by the name of Mildret Mlamba and she was so calm and was able to calm me down even though i was frustrated.she made sure my payment was allocated while i was busy with her on the line.She even started a conversation and we spoke about our own life, i even forgot what i called.That one lady is a genius when it comes to customers service .i would like to thank her for assisting with my request and how she was able to struck a conversation to calm me down.Congratulations Mrs Mlamba keep up the great work.

I am lodging a complaint against Managed Integrity Evaluation (MIE) for releasing my personal information without a valid or recently signed consent form. I signed a consent form in April 2024 for a specific background screening purpose. However, in November 2024, MIE released my personal information again to Airports Company South Africa (ACSA) relying on that same April consent, without requesting new consent or notifying me. Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), consent must be informed, specific, and lawful. It cannot be reused months later for further processing without the data subject’s knowledge or renewed authorisation. I was never contacted to reconfirm consent, yet my personal information was disclosed again, resulting in serious prejudice to me, including reputational and employment-related harm. I have formally lodged a POPIA complaint with MIE and will escalate the matter to the Information Regulator of South Africa should this not be resolved satisfactorily. I am requesting: • A written explanation of the legal basis used to release my information; • Copies of the consent re**** upon; and • Confirmation of MIE’s policy on the validity and reuse of consent forms.

Have you used them lately? What a disaster - had to upload the candidate 6 times as the system did not work properly Had to follow up on requests just to find out the so-called turn-around times actually means nothing Absolute pathetic!!!!

I will never recommend using MIE as a cash user or even opening an account with them. I have used their services for years and I'm shocked at this level of service. I really think they feel they are the only quality service provider that exists. From dropped calls to being on hold for extremely long periods. It takes speaking to multiple agents just to resolve a single query- you should see my email trail! This lack of accountability is shocking especially for recruiters who are in a very competitive environment and delays cost us big time. If you are looking for a provider that respects turnaround times and values your money I would recommend alternatives like Lexus or Huru. This will be my last interaction with MIE as a user and I will no longer recommend their services to any of my clients. I have to give credit to Balungile Nyathi. He had to listen to me when I was at my wits end and he handled it very well!

I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from MIE. Despite multiple emails and follow-ups regarding a refund I am owed, I have been completely ignored. Not a single acknowledgment, no update, no resolution—just silence. This kind of treatment is absolutely unacceptable. I trusted MIE to handle my transaction professionally, but instead, I’ve been left chasing money that is rightfully mine. Do I really have to beg for my own refund? The complete lack of communication and accountability from MIE is shocking and shows total disregard for their customers. I strongly caution others to think twice before using MIE. I will continue to escalate this issue until it is resolved.
