I will never recommend using MIE as a cash user or even opening an account with them. I have used their services for years and I'm shocked at this level of service. I really think they feel they are the only quality service provider that exists. From dropped calls to being on hold for extremely long periods. It takes speaking to multiple agents just to resolve a single query- you should see my email trail! This lack of accountability is shocking especially for recruiters who are in a very competitive environment and delays cost us big time. If you are looking for a provider that respects turnaround times and values your money I would recommend alternatives like Lexus or Huru. This will be my last interaction with MIE as a user and I will no longer recommend their services to any of my clients. I have to give credit to Balungile Nyathi. He had to listen to me when I was at my wits end and he handled it very well!
Worked with Hisense as a supplier in November. Almost 4 months, despite multiple follow-ups and my invoice is still unpaid. I have reached out numerous times via email, WhatsApp, and Instagram, but yet I have not received a true commitment to settle the amount. This is highly unprofessional and stressful. As a small business, we don't have the means to chase payments like the bigger corporates do. Why can't you just honor your payments and not force us to resort to such public methods?
