am extremely disappointed with the shocking level of service I received from Tech Trek. I purchased a TV and to this day, 9 dys later,I have not received any proper communication or the product I paid for. Tech Trek promised delivery within 2 days, yet it has now been almost a week with no update, no courtesy call, and absolutely zero accountability. Every time I phone, the consultant says they will check and come back - with no ressutls. For the last three days they do not answer any call. THEY ARE PATHETIC - SHOULD MOT GET ANY RATING AT ALL
There online system is absolutely pathetic and although I complained since Aug they are doing nothing about it. 1. They force you to do a debit order. You cant pay via EFT 2. When trying to add a new card - They do a R1 transaction - how old is this technology? 3. You cannot add a new card - system just not taking it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 4. You cannot change your address - system is not saving it They totally reluctant to improve their system
Have you used them lately? What a disaster - had to upload the candidate 6 times as the system did not work properly Had to follow up on requests just to find out the so-called turn-around times actually means nothing Absolute pathetic!!!!
It is with a high level of frustration to let Discovery know there website is totally user-unfriendly and absolute pathetic. 1. They allow you to change address, etc details. Once saved, it still display the old details. 2. You can add additional payment card options - take hours to complete it online - just to get to once saved - nothing actually saved on their system. 3. They refuse that you pay any installments via EFT
I received an email in PDF format from the bank and can not open it with any of my bank account numbers as indicated in the email. The helpdesk had to go through series of questions to verify my accounts and could not tell me which account the email is about How pathetic!!!!!!
I bought a new laptop at the Kolonnade branch, just before the long weekend end of April. I based it on Jason indicating that I may get a better price, but not the service from anyone else. They said they would clone the old and the new - which they could not do! They did not contact me about it or indicated that there is a problem with the cloning. Picking it up on the Tuesday, they had done nothing! Did not even ask whether they could transfer the data at least. It was also agreed that the technician would do a damage report for insurance purposes - again not done! So, please do not support them - empty promises and unable to perform.
Hi All out there, Just look at this months review on the company - PATHETHIC COMPANY!! Ordered a product - waiting more than a month and nothing yet. They took two weeks react on a complaint. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. LETS CLOSE THM DOWN!!!!!. Look at August and Sept reviews - we all experience the same - no delivery, no communication from them, and all want a refund. NOT REPUTABLE AT ALL

WORST REMOVAL SERVICE EVER EVEN BEFORE THE MOVE PLEASE REFRAIN FROM USING THEM No customer service The moment you paid the deposit they start changing the rules - they move your dates, they allocate the removal to another company (whilst I haven't signed any contract yet) Thys Botes (the owner) lied when he told me they (Afriworld) will do the removal No one came back via telephone to you - they do only e-mails Was suppose to move on 29 May. As indicated they changed the date and removal company to INTERTRANS - it is now 30 May 14h00 - no removal company yet. Got promised to be here @ 16h00 only PLEASE DONT USE THEM - LETS GET THEM OUT OF THE MARKET
