Headline: Order #TTK1510: Paid in December, Still No Delivery and then non refund! Review Text: I am writing this to record the status of my order #TTK1510. Date Ordered: 17 December 2025 Amount Paid: R5,329.00 Status: Goods have not been received. I have attempted to contact the merchant regarding the delivery schedule but have received no resolution. As of today (February 2026), the order remains unfulfilled. I am posting this simply to warn other consumers that delivery times are not being met. PS this is repost no 5 they are removing it and i wonder why? also go check out Trustpilot, much better that this site.

This is a formal warning to all South African consumers regarding TechTrek, operating via techtreksa.store and techtrekdigital.co.za. The **** Pattern: > * Unrealistic prices on electronics and appliances. Professional-looking website and immediate order confirmation. Complete "ghosting" once payment is made—no delivery, no tracking, and no response to emails. Official Investigation: A ******** case has been opened at the SAPS: CAS 595/1/2026. Verification for HelloPeter: I have reported this entity to Shopify, ZADNA, and major South African banks (ABSA and Capitec). If this review is disputed, I am prepared to provide the SAPS case filing and communication logs with the banks as evidence. DO NOT PAY THIS COMPANY. They are listing items as "Unavailable" to bypass some filters, but they are still active. Spread the word to protect others.

Very bad service. Doesn't answer phones, hardly answers emails and online chat. Following up on order countless times resulted in delivery finally almost a month later.

I ordered and paid for a Hisense 95L freezer on the 22nd January 2026. Immediate payment was done. Upto today 09 Febuary 2026 i have not received the freezer. As all the other complaints they DO NOT ANSWER CALLS OR EMAILS!. I enquired on their chat feature last week i was told my order is being dispatched and i would receive the delivery details on friday 6th. Today is Monday 09 no further communication has been received. They supply ignore all calls, chats and emails. I wish i had checked Hello Peter before i made payment.
