Ordered and paid for a dishwasher on 27 December 2025. I'm still waiting for my delivery or refund. Unable to get hold of anyone directly from this business.
Purchased a dishwasher online 25 December 2025 - no delivery yet and unable to contact anyone from the business directly: phone calls are not picked up, emails are not answered, LiveChat on website gives stock replies. Their website promises deliveries between 1 - 3 working days.
I was searching for new dishwasher and picked up a real good deal on PriceCheck by a company called TechTrek. Some basic research around this company they seemed to be legit and I placed my order. I received confirmation of my order per email and an invoice followed shortly after. This I paid EFT. This happened on Christmas day and with the public holidays I did not expect delivery straightaway. They have a clear delivery policy on their website. I started following up from the 31st December on their "Track my order" on the website. Keep getting "We are preparing for dispatch:. I had better luck with their live chat feature on the website and was eventually told it would be a few days later on the 10th January. I tried confirming on the Friday before that the delivery was still on schedule per the live chat. Can't phone, they don't pick up the call, you hold on until the call drops, no response to the emails sent either. Eventually late afternoon was told per the chat that the delivery was rescheduled for Monday the 12th as they experienced a logistical problem. Waited the whole day, no delivery and can't reach anyone this time around at all. I am a pensioner and this purchase was a carefully saved for transaction. This seems to be a **** though. It is heartbreaking.
