I ordered and paid for a Hisense 95L freezer on the 22nd January 2026. Immediate payment was done. Upto today 09 Febuary 2026 i have not received the freezer. As all the other complaints they DO NOT ANSWER CALLS OR EMAILS!. I enquired on their chat feature last week i was told my order is being dispatched and i would receive the delivery details on friday 6th. Today is Monday 09 no further communication has been received. They supply ignore all calls, chats and emails. I wish i had checked Hello Peter before i made payment.
