Headline: Order #TTK1510: Paid in December, Still No Delivery and then non refund! Review Text: I am writing this to record the status of my order #TTK1510. Date Ordered: 17 December 2025 Amount Paid: R5,329.00 Status: Goods have not been received. I have attempted to contact the merchant regarding the delivery schedule but have received no resolution. As of today (February 2026), the order remains unfulfilled. I am posting this simply to warn other consumers that delivery times are not being met. PS this is repost no 5 they are removing it and i wonder why? also go check out Trustpilot, much better that this site.

They are listing items as "Unavailable" to bypass some filters, but they are still active. Spread the word to protect others.

After missing multiple delivery deadlines and admitting they had no stock, I investigated the company. Tech Trek Retail (Pty) Ltd (operating as TechTrek SA) does not deliver on their orders and does not answer their phone number or emails. I have been waiting now for over a month for my order.
My order is one month old, with no delivery to date. Extremely concerning and a lack of integrity.
Spar Safari in Rustenburg NW. Extremely aggressive and rude till attendants. I will not shop there again !!!!!
Yesterday I purchased a wooden board that was to be cut by them. I was not helped for 45 minutes and waited until I called the manager. The cutting machine was not occupied at all. It appears that they deliberately ignored me, left until i called the manager. They are not interested in serving their customers and they do not honor their values in this store.
I am not getting the internet speed that i pay for. I am supposed to have a 20 Mbps connection for R2700 per month. I am getting less that 3 Mbs. This is not what i pay for so you need to fix it soon. I use the connection for my work and is essential to getting work done. Due to the bad connection and constant internet interruption not to mention poor support, i am exploring alternative internet service suppliers that include Afrihost and Starlink.
