Excellent service from Ronnie and his crew from intertrans.
Excellent service rendered by Ronnie and his crew from Intertrans. They went out of their way to assist us in a professional and punctual manner. Their collection and delivery of our furniture was handled with utmost care. Ronnie communicated very well with us, keeping us informed of the whereabouts of our furniture at all times. Ronnie and his crew are very reliable and hardworking. Ronnie was extremely professional and very accommodating. Their quotes are affordable and we highly recommend their service! The Move from Hell!
During the covid-19 pandemic in 2020 I relocated from Boksburg to Howick in Kzn, I used Afriworld for the removal and they were absolutely fantastic, so naturall when I recently moved back to Gauteng from Howick I had no hesitation in once again hiring Afriworld to do the removal. I cannot believe how they went from being fantastic to absolutely terrible. The team that moved us had obviously never done a removal before and their supervisor sat in the comfort of his truck and played no part in the removal process. All of the boxes were damaged without exception; they were thrown into the truck. The damages and breakages were numerous, some of my furniture even had boot prints on them from being stood on! There is only one English word that describes this move: DISGRACEFUL! The Manager did not even take my complaint seriously.

Would just like to say a big thank you to all at the company . There is a reason why we have used your company 4 times over the past 5 years . The professionalised service from beginning to end has always been fantastic , The communication, keeping time , loading and off loading was perfect . To Roni who Listened , understood our concerns and relayed this to his teams , who carried out Our instructions without any fuss . A big Thank You . It was a pleasure doing business with the company and would recommend Afriworld and Intertrans always .

Agriworld Funiture Removals - Nightmare
No clear communications, constantly having to follow up. Not a direct service provider, 3rd party involment, pass the buck, he said she said situations, no customer service at all, extra charges not credited when questioned, only more excusses / reasons on these questionable charges are made to make them valid to the provider. I will discuridge anybody wanting to relocate using Afriworld funiture removals or the 3rd party entity Intertrans logistics.

Highly recommend Afriworld Furniture Removals!!!
Afriworld Removals delivered the best moving experience I've ever had. Relocated from Bloemfontein to Springs. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. Thys, Gerrie and the team were absolutely amazing. They made the moving experience stress free! Affordable prices and they treat the furniture as their own! None of our items were scratched or damaged. Highly recommend them!
