Dear Vodacom , I will be cancelling my debit order to yourselves as I’ve been trying to move my fibre from bfn to Jhb for 2 months and still don’t have fibre
Do not recommend using for removals. Had to keep calling myself for arrival/ delivery time. Arrived 2-3 hours later for both collection and delivery. Very unprofessional- made the house extremely dirty during collection. Damaged the dishwasher, dining table and study table. Refused to take any responsibility for poor service. Some of the items were damaged during re- assembly which was paid for. Used my ladder and damaged that when loading truck. Probably the worst experience I’ve had with removals company. Thought it would be good to support local , small businesses- rather use a commercial company
Apparently it takes Vodacom 24 hours to process a complaint for fibre. And then possibly another few days to send out someone to fix it up. All the while you’re paying for a service. Definitely not renewing the contract. Do not recommend Vodacom
Terrible company. Waiting for over a week for confirmation of car hire for my car claim. Do not recommend. This is after they didn’t properly process the claim so that only part of the damage was repaired
Vodacom allowed someone to *****ently open an account under my name and now says it’s my responsibility to cancel it. Will be referring to the ombudsman and suing for ***** and violation of the popia for sharing my information.
Incredibly useless, delivered my brand new iPhone to some random person. Could not assist me on the call centre. Spent over an hour waiting only for my call to be dropped by the idiot consultant. It has really been a disaster. I would pay twice the price elsewhere.
Utterly pathetic service as usual. No communication and change of interest rates without any correspondence. Will be moving my home loan asap
FNB has persistently ignored my request to close my account and purposefully chosen to keep it open against my will charging me interest and bank charges for 4 months . I would like to hold them liable for ***** and theft. They have ignored debit order request changes on purpose to keep the account active. Due to the anxiety that they have caused me I will be suing them for theft and damages.
Been unable to make transactions from my account for several days , tried to get help from live chat or customer support . No use at all. Honestly a pointless bank
I opened an account with the private clients at Investec due to the ****ty service at RMB private wealth only to be met with equally **** service. No one has contacted me to transfer my debit orders, hp or assets from RMB despite that being the original consult. Hope the private banker is actually dead as that’s the only reasonable excuse for such stupidity
