They are unwillingly to assist me in a D/O situation my Account are almost 5000 rand in arrears. We are prestige bankers and if we phone no one are willingvto assist. Yes I have a major issue, we have been without income for at least 7 months in 2024. Due to unwillingness to stop the debit order you have caused my account to go in arrears with 5000 rand and due to your poor service with regards to location of EFT payments you are still cause the account to go further in the red, I want to know when are you going to refund me the arears on my bank account and when are going to see I pay EFT 7 days before the debit order date to avoid the debit order from going off to try to recover my account. I am considering putting you on hello Peter due to your unwillingness to assist me in this regard. I have been a loyal customer for years but you treat me like a ******** and this is not accepted.
