Discovery insure
They are a bunch of incompetant people. *****ing your premiums for months and then coming up for excuses not to pay. Even if you take aacidental cover they have excuses for claims The pipe near the geyser burst

Incompetancy
They are unwillingly to assist me in a D/O situation my Account are almost 5000 rand in arrears. We are prestige bankers and if we phone no one are willingvto assist. And that said our banker have promised to wtite off the bank cost but to no avail. I am thinking of changing banks and also my business acc as well. 079 676 6539

Cell C incompetant
Yes I have a major issue, we have been without income for at least 7 months in 2024. Due to unwillingness to stop the debit order you have caused my account to go in arrears with 5000 rand and due to your poor service with regards to location of EFT payments you are still cause the account to go further in the red, I want to know when are you going to refund me the arears on my bank account and when are going to see I pay EFT 7 days before the debit order date to avoid the debit order from going off to try to recover my account. I am considering putting you on hello Peter due to your unwillingness to assist me in this regard. I have been a loyal customer for years but you treat me like a ******** and this is not accepted. At this point you are the ********s *****ing from me every month. I want this refunded asap

Incompetency
I tried almost 4 months now to sort out me and my husbands Capital Legacy. They cant seem to get my phone recordings which we had an discussion. To top all they just want to reinstate and we are going to have a waiting petiod. This was supposed to give me and my husband peace of mind butvwe we were wring. We are clients all tjese years we were on a golden plan now we heard otherwise. I need this sorted ASAP should something happened? 0796766539

Vodacom disappointted
Done my upgrade 3weeks back with a samsung A34 with smart watch promise me the smart watch within a week still no watch went to vodacom Secunda got bad service im dissapointed with vodacom we have been loyal cusomers for our whole life

It is now more than a year strugling each month with the same problem people are incompetant to do they work. We make EFT's because we had a D/O who then goes of and not.
