Terrible Service

I dont know if it is Mancosa's student service or the markers that dont see rhe urgency to respond to feedback. On the 6 May I requested feedback on my assignment and until today no feedback after sending several emails. I've been getting emails from Noloyiso that the assessment coordinator will contact me but nothing. These markers are very quick to give general feedback on all assignments they have marked but ask for ones mark allocation and detailed feedback then theres silence. How is one supposed to improve if one is not given concise feedback. Don't mark my assignment if you have no idea what I have written. I also dont understand why Mancosa has different lecturers and markers as when I see feedback from markers they contradict what the lecturers mentioned. Mancosa sends so many evaluations but I wonder if it's even read as i have mentioned this in those evaluations and the same issues occur. I have not received feedback on two assignments as yet and concerned that if I am not happy with those feedback and raise it will it take just as long as the one I've been waiting for 2 weeks already and will it be before the exams. These guys at Mancosa are also very quick to say that one has past the day for feedback yet look at their unresponsive period.
