I was billed an incorrect amount by Mancosa and had to raise the issue myself after reviewing my statement.
On 11 March 2026, I requested a statement to confirm whether my company had made payment for my tuition. The statement reflected fees of approximately R39,000. However, the pro-forma invoice issued by Mancosa is for R34,000, which is exactly the amount my company paid.
In addition, I personally made a payment of R4,000 in December. Instead of this amount reflecting as a credit on my account, it appears that the fees on the statement were increased by roughly the same amount.
I have logged a call on their website and emailed the finance department, providing them with the pro-forma invoice of +-340000. The pro-forma is also available on my student profile on their system.
I am currently waiting for Mancosa to correct the statement and reconcile the account.So I can get my R4000 back. This is not even the first incident I have with regards to money last year I had to wait for my refund like 50days.This here they inflate the bill.Also just to inform you I am not the only one that wants their credit as there are other at my company that are going to request it.
