Rip off

I bought a car from Mandos branch in Isipingo Durban on the 16/01/2019 Toyota Hilux Bakkie 2017 model sales person Nadeem contact details 0319025128/0826321363.On the 20 October 2020 I was stopped by SAPS the car was verified in turns out that the car that was sold to me belongs to Mr X.B.Khumalo he was contacted by the SAPS he confirmed that indeed the car belong to him we all went to Mandos offices to conrfim that i bought the car had all documents issued to me by the garage and proof of purchase ,the decision was made that the Bakkie should be returned to the owner Mr Khumalo contact details 0796003182 .It was agreed that i will be refunded the full value of the amount paid for the bakkie to this day nothing happens , I have calls records between me and Mr Mohammed where he confirmed that the money will be paid back i am still waiting every time I call I get told different story ,My name is P.P.Nkosi contact details 0762177601/0793176725
