Pathetic service. No part, no money and bad attitudes from staff.
We attempted to buy a car shell from Mandos in May 2025. We paid R30000 deposit on a R45000 transaction. After months of not receiving the shell, we queried and were advised they would need to refund us and it would take 21 business days. After waiting way more than 21 days, I called the head office after being sent from branch to branch. The receptionist at the head office has the most pathetic attitude and zero customer service. I would not recommend Mandos, you will not get your parts or decent service. I feel like I have been ****** of R30000. Absolutely pathetic.

Mandos used spares Mobeni
I bought a Chevy cruze cylinder head last year September 2024 for R10 000. I discovered within a month after that the VVTs were faulty making noise and I returned it. I was told that I can't get a refund, I must take something else of the same amount. I only took some parts for R3500 and till date my R6500 CREDIT is stuck with Mandos Mobeni. In the meantime, I need my money.

I bought a car from Mandos branch in Isipingo Durban on the 16/01/2019 Toyota Hilux Bakkie 2017 model sales person Nadeem contact details 0319025128/0826321363.On the 20 October 2020 I was stopped by SAPS the car was verified in turns out that the car that was sold to me belongs to Mr X.B.Khumalo he was contacted by the SAPS he confirmed that indeed the car belong to him we all went to Mandos offices to conrfim that i bought the car had all documents issued to me by the garage and proof of purchase ,the decision was made that the Bakkie should be returned to the owner Mr Khumalo contact details 0796003182 .It was agreed that i will be refunded the full value of the amount paid for the bakkie to this day nothing happens , I have calls records between me and Mr Mohammed where he confirmed that the money will be paid back i am still waiting every time I call I get told different story ,My name is P.P.Nkosi contact details 0762177601/0793176725

Mandos Rip off
I bought a ford fiesta engine on the 9th April until today i have not received my engine theyve been giving me the run around. 1st they deliverd the wrong engine than it was a mission for them to find another engine which they promiced would b deliverd last monday than i was promiced a refund than all of a sudden they found my engine when it was time to deliver it they found something wrong and they cant bring it than im promiced a refund again but this time im.told i will have to wait 21 days for my money. This is ridiculous why did they take my money since they didnt have the engine to begin with
