i have cancelled their services but im still being deducted. ive emailed them and they said they cant see any purchases so i sent them my banking statement to show money being taken and they never responded after that. i dont know what to do now cos evry month R169 is being takena dn theres nothing i can do about it.
I would like to write a review about Rain Internet Service Provider. I spoke to Saeed and he was just a bundle of Joy. You need to train more agents to b more like him.
We went to Engen in parlock in Durban when we got there, there was this guy wearing his clothes but with a an engen bib an a name tag which i didnt have a look at.his talking to this guy driving the car infront of us after wsiting fr a few minutes i hooted and asked them to move 1 side so we can fill petrol cos they were having a conversation the driver was done filling he turns no we wont move u must wait ur turn so i say to him it is my turn an cant fill cos ur having a conversation he turns to me an says hey lady **** off im doing my job here an his busy punching sonething on his tablet. So i asked him is this how u speak to customers ur holding up da line why dont u move to the side an carry on with ur conversation we want to fill he carries on swearing me telling me im not gonna tell him what to do i must **** off. So i asked for his name an nobody knew him but they knew he was an instructor from Engen. If an instructor from Engen talks to customers like that wht is he telling the petrol attendants to do. That was very unprofessional and rude to say the least

I went to pedros Inanda emtshebheni bought my food and took a walk while they were preparing the food. When i came back there was a lady standing where u receive take out staring into at the moon so i clapped on the table to get her attention cos clearly she was ignoring me cos i was standing right infrom of her. She starts screaming at m telling me i dont knkw know her so i shouldnt spk to her. So i asked her why is she standing infromt if shes not assisting clients she says bcos she wants too. Anyway another lady comes and assists me while shes still shouting at me. Anyway today i went back to buy lunch i was assisted by a lady called Khosi who was so friendly frm the time she greeted me till the time she gave me my food. Made stupid little convesation just to b nice an kill time while i wait. She was so friendly i decided i have to appreciate her service cos i had lost all hope fr dat store but now bcos of khosi i will definitely go back. Well done Khosi keep up the great service
I paid my subscription on the 1st but ever since i cant connect. Ive been calling them everyday and still nothing is working. Im being charged for calling in so they can assist me with a connection that i paid for. This is bull****
I came here for shocks and they kept upselling me to do bearings and both hand and feet breaks and i agreed thinking they were making my car better. Little did i know they were breaking it, now it shows power steering malfunction,transaction off malfunction and even the engine light is on. They dont know whats wrong they keep guessing this is wrong this is wrong but it not fixing the problem.
I bought a ford fiesta engine on the 9th April until today i have not received my engine theyve been giving me the run around. 1st they deliverd the wrong engine than it was a mission for them to find another engine which they promiced would b deliverd last monday than i was promiced a refund than all of a sudden they found my engine when it was time to deliver it they found something wrong and they cant bring it than im promiced a refund again but this time im.told i will have to wait 21 days for my money. This is ridiculous why did they take my money since they didnt have the engine to begin with
ive just been to pick and pay in kloof durban i was assisted by a cashier named Patience Maphumulo who was very rude to me. i buy my lunch at this shop almost on a daily basis and ive never experienced such service, im dusgusted by how she was talking to me. I forgot to withdraw money when she assisted me when i bought my grocery so i came back to her till to withdraw money at this point she wasnt at her till and she could hear me running back saying i need to withdraw money even the cashier who works on the next till turned around and called her by name and told her i want to withdraw and she ignored both of us so when she could hear me saying why is she ignoring me she turns around and says she did not hear me so i asked her how could she not hear the cashier next to her calling her by name to come and assist and she still insisted she didnt hear both of us now at this time both of us are shouting at each other across the floor. so i complained to a lady who was standing by the cigarette counter im not sure if she is the store manager, even when she hears me complaining she still did not show any remorse she still carried on shouting at me. ive never experienced such behavior in my life this is not how Pick and Pay cashiers behave they always have a smile on their faces and are always polite but this time you hired a disgrace of a cashier she needs through training on customer service.
I was charged R700 on a R250 package last year and ive been writting so many requests asking for somebody to call me back or refund me but nobody has bothered to contact me.i sent a request to a lady called Felicia who works for their HR who did respond to my emails saying they did respond to me but whoever told her dat was lying cos nobody has contacted me so she said i should log another request on their site but now the site is not allowing mw to submit the request. Rain needs to fix their customer service stinks this is fraud you cant be charging people for services they never used.
