Useless empty promises

Have dealings with this company via insurance claim. Have never comea cross such an incompetent bunch of *****s in my life. Ask for items to be returned, get all kinds of excuses and nothing happens. Phone them and they promise today but never happens then they are sorry. Im sorry I ever got to deal with them
