We have a 2013 Hyundai i120. This car has been looked after and not abused. Last year paint started pealing on A pillars (not stone chip) this happened in big patches and also bad paint finish was found at the rear of roof section behind hatch section. Rust had formed under back window on hatch. This was duly repaired by Hyundai no problem. Vehicle started showing signs of paint pealing on the bonnet now. Took car to car wash and a 75mm patch of paint pealed off. Hyundai now say they changed their mandate and only pay 10% of repair. This anomaly was a batch of white cars during that period from India. As pensioner i don't have funds loosely available to splash out on all kinds of things and as we would like to keep vehicle as good as humanly possible. I'm disappointed in Hyundai at the moment and will not endorse them any way.
Sent them my query about paint work on my Hyundai. Gave the email of person to help. Emailed numerous times and nothing returned, no answer still waiting. ****** useless. What are they actually there for.
We got a Hyundai I20 which was bought brand new back in 2013. Fast forward. Last year we had paint pealing and areas that weren't painted properly. Approached Hyundai and as the car is white, this was a batch of cars from India that had this problem. They duly had car repaired at their expense. Early this year the bonnet and other panels that were not repaired are show the same malady. They asked for car to be brought in, they got a quote for repair but they only want to pay 10% of repair. If this is a fault of their manufacture them I don't see why I'm to foot most of the bill. I'm a pensioner and and don't have funds freely available for expenses of this nature. I'm not impressed. Always rated Hyundai very highly but this has dimmed my view of them
Since 01h00 on January the 1st our internet has been erratic or non existent. Frogfoot got the blame, since then phoning and trying to get something sorted has fallen on deaf ears. This morning trying to stream a radio station on TV, it runs for a minute then hangs up. Doing speed tests shows the speed is irratic and falls out all the time. Phone them to complain and had the phone put down on me. I don't know *** to do anymore. Frustrated beyond words.
Between the 2 isp companies they have been dithering about since 01h00 on the 1st of January. No matter how much ranting and raving they haven't resolved anything. My service has bee running at half speed with in dropping out continuously. On phoning Webafrica this morning I was told my account was in arrears. They said accounts will call me. Turns out another sales person explained as the 1st was a holiday the debit order would come off today. How other sales person doesn't know this leaves me in wonder as how clued up their technicians are. Make promises and take your money but when comes to the crunch, they fall over. Every time I've had a problem the first point they call for router reset. Then every technician has a different reset strategy to remedy problem. Can run normal for anything from 3 weeks to 3 months then the reset run around starts again. Every time I have reset extenders as they loose connection. Frustrating to say the least.
I've had numerous low speed problems and takes for ever before I get any response from them. Also had system go funny so got onto them and they took forever to sort out problems. Watch German TV via internet streaming and after last ***** up we can't get it down any more. They reckon its something German TV did. This only happened after internet went funny and had to reset. Now I'm sitting with problem that I can't set up extenders. Been trying all afternoon and no go. ****ed off to say the least.
Battled all afternoon trying to upload a car I have for sale and it stuffs me from pillar to post the whole time. Then I can't find photos in gallery for some stupid reason.
Needed a speaker repaired. Tried various other places and no go. Found JDKustoms in Woodmead. Man were they helpful. The fix anything musical. Will definitely go back to them. Top calss
I have internet via Webafrica which I have to reset on a daily basis as it keeps getting slower and slower. At one stage it was completely out. Trying to talk to someone there is a hopeless case as they keep punting their whatsapp platform. This gives automated replies and eventually so so called it tech will contact you. Takes forever to sort out if it ever does get sorted.
Had my system for about3 to 4 months. Had a rain storm and water ran into system damaging battery due to not sealing conduit on roof. As this is a rented system I duly called to inform them of damage. No number off emails or phone called resulted in any action. Eventually the company that did install sent someone out to assess what I had told them. Then I got a bill for a battery and that I need to claim from my insurance. I objected as this was an installation fault. I was told not to pay and that it would be replaced. Eventually got a call from them that they would install a week ago sometime. Never happened, phoned and they promised that they would send someone today to repair. This still hasn't happened and I'm at my wits end. No happy at all.
