Failure to refund

In November 2022 I ordered items from Manicaa online. The items were not available and the order was cancelled by Manicaa after payment was made. After several communications to their customer support and repeated assurances from them that my refund would addressed within 7-14 working days I still have not received any refund almost 10 months later. BEWARE as this is a very real issue!
