Disappointing customer service
When things are out of stock, they don't update their website, from getting orders which are not correct to being told things are out of stock and asking for a refund and not getting it. This company is dishonest once you become loyal. Do not recommend.

Terrible Service
Terrible customer service! My meat was green, when I complained it was handled like I was a hassle. When I asked to be contacted no one called me. At 10pm I received a message saying Id get replacement meat at my address the next morning, no time to arrange someone there. AS THE CUSTOMER WHO RECEIVED GREEN MEAT YOU'D THINK I WOULD BE TAKEN SERIOUSLY AND HELPED Wont ever use them again
