Discovery has a PHF which generates challenges to gain funds into the PHF or discovery miles. I accepted a challenge to buy a blood pressure machine and track my BP for 5 weeks. I informed them at the start that the readings were not uploading to the Discovery platform, round and round we went till they called me and said as long as I kept track of the readings they would back date and upload it. The challenge finished on 23 Feb. I informed them on X it was the last day of the challenge and still nothig has been done. I rep**** to my post on X on 2 March and still no response nor interest. Seems like this whole PHF and challenges are a ****, you pay for the devices follow through on the challenge and then they blue tick you. Nice one Discovery I am reporting you to the Consumer Commission.

My husband and I have been trying to get hold of "someone" to give him an update on his RA withdawal. We are being sent from illar to post and the line conveniently drops. No wonder they are osing clients. Best bank se voet. Worst bank EVER!!!
I'm really disappointed in Oneplan today. I needed to take my pet to vet only to find I'm supposed to pay R158 back. I was never notified of this amount that needed to be paid. So what if I had an emergency, what then. In years past, I was notified and paid it. Why not now. You can look at all the notifications sent on my app there's no mention of this amount being due. You've really put me in a position and I think I'll rather cancel the cover and go elsewhere. I shouldn't be telling a company how best to assist their clients.
Wrong item sent in order. Clearly you aren't employing staff that can read and see. Now I am sitting here over 20 minutes on the line hanging on only for the call to be dropped and over an hour on the online chat only for it to keep going offline but I'm not offline. I am now inconvenienced because of your incompetence. What a disgrace, never thought I'd feel this way about Typo. PATHETIC
What a piece of 💩, don't waste your money After having this machine for 1.5 months these are my problems 1. You will be notified every single day that the garbage box is full. Eventually I ignored it and changed the bags every second day 2. I got into a 5/6 days cleaning cycle which is a pain in the ass if you're someone who goes to work 5 days a week. 3. It will notify me a cat has entered when my cat is with me 4. It will randomly decide to freeze mid cleaning cycle, so if you're at work your kitty can't use it 5. There is a grid that sorts the sand from the poo and you can't clean behind it unless you remover the entire thing by un*****ing it, again a pain if you work 5 days a week. I bought this to help me and after 1.5 months I feel like I wasted R3000. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
I canceled my line in Joburg as I was moving, I gave them my new address and they advised Octotel runs in the Western Cape. I placed an order and received communication that my line was placed. NO COMMS since then. I call today, nearly 2 weeks later asking what is going on only to be told Octotel doesn't run in my complex. 1. How was it possible for someone from Vox to confirm that Octotel runs in this complex only for that exact same system to now say it doesn't. 2. Not one person tried to contact me to inform me what is going on. Disgusting and sloppy customer service.
I'm very disappointed in the service I've received from Clicks. I am trying to move my script from Dischem to Clicks and I loaded my script online specifically asked for delivery. I get a sms back saying it's ready for collection. The sms also has an option for delivery. I click it and complete it. My medication was still not delivered. My medication is R1000 a month, if you don't want me as a customer that's fine, I'll go back to Dischem but reverse the medication charged or deliver my medication as I have requested. I've never had this problem with Dischem and why offer delivery and I am not able to use this service.
At the end of September sometime an agent got through to me after me blocking any Vodacom/Elite mobile sales calls for almost 2 years. I was informed that the package I was on was an old package and they were offering a package with more benefits for the same amount I was paying. I informed the agent that I had the intention of upgrading my handset in the next year. At no point was I advised that get a measly speaker would prevent me from upgrading my device. I have avoided upgrading so I could have the upgrade available when I needed it most. I have referred this to the NCC.
I need to make a wallet withdrawal. The landlines goes unanswered. I am trying to use the chat online but there's no option for a wallet withdrawal. I clicked random answers and when someone came online I said "wallet withdrawal". They sent me an automated response but I can't access my wallet on the app, I have always had this problem hence why I always call. They so quick to leave the chat and don't even wait for you to respond. Don't start this *** service PayJustNow!
