Upset

I was at mannys hardware today to collect my stuff that I bought last year in October. I was turned away by two managers the other manager that was called by James refused to give me his name, they couldn't assist me because the reciept I no longer have fed away, I brought my banking statement and the card I used last year, I was still turned away, I spent R500 to collect my stuff and also paid the bank charges to collect my bank statements I was still turned away I am not gonna give up on my money so easily You really upset me and inconvenienced me on my project, I got into so many cost because of you
