Terrible service

Good products, great advertising but terrible shipping service , when selecting an option for insured shipping with skynet and tracking , before they ship they declare it as something else and after its shipped then it becomes your headache and also when trying to send the support team messages from they online page they don't respond, 4 messages and 1 email sent and still no response
